Stabilizers are the systems which accept a range of voltage variations and represent a stabilized and regulated output voltage and protect the loads against the voltage tolerances. Since there is no any batteries connected to them as a power source back up, stabilizers cannot provide the output power during the input voltage losses and just can be used as a voltage controlling system. Also stabilizers cannot be used instead of UPS systems due to not having any control on the power harmonics.
